Over the past week I've been super busy with my second year at college, getting settled and meeting new friends! I've also decided it's going to be hard trying to do blogposts throughout the week as I have such long days at college. So now its a weekend kinda thing!

Anyway! One of my amazingly talented friends from my college course last year has made her own Youtube channel called Danielleah LouiseOx. I always wanted to do the same but I've never had the confidence to make a video and that's why I admire Dani. She is amazing at what she does, and she's an inspiration!

So if any of you are interest in Make-up tutorials then Dani's the girl for you, so please hit the subscribe button, like it and share!
Give some support to my main gal!

Click the video below to see her first ever youtube video!

If you want to check out some more make-up looks that Dani's done then go check out her Instagram, like all her photos and drop some comments on what you want next for a video!

Favourite Lipsticks | leeannpatricia

So its that time again, another blog post is here! I'm sharing with you all my favourite lipsticks ranging from nudes, to pinks and to reds! So keep reading if you want to find out more!
I've recently been wearing lipsticks a lot more than I used too as I think it add's some colour to my makeup and as I never used to wear it I looked very plain jane!

MAC

Left; Viva Glam GAGA 2 'Amplified'
Center; Viva Glam GAGA ' Lustre
Right; Satin Range in the colour 'SNOB' AC0

I've had these three lipsticks for a long time now and I'm still loving them! They are both so creamy and last most of the day, but I'd recommend carrying it in your bag so you can re-apply it. They are all beautiful colours and are very bright if you apply them too much. However the only bad thing is the price, recently Mac lipsticks are about £15 which is super pricey but when I got snob it was about £11 or £13 which is still pricey but reasonable. The two Lady GAGA lipsticks I got for christmas off my mother.

Rimmel London

Left; Lasting finish by Kate in the colour 101
Center; Lasting finish by Kate in the colour 107
Right; Volume booster lipstick in the colour 102 Foxy

I have always loved Rimmel London lipsticks and I have quite a lot lying around in my draw. However these three have to be my favourites. Especially the Kate Moss range, all the colours are stunning. The lipstick on the left is a little bit like snob so if you want a cheaper alternative then defiantly go for the Rimmel London one, the center lipstick is a very deep red that has a purple/pink undertone too it, the last one on the left I have had for a very long time but I've only recently re-discovered it, but its a very nude/peachy colour and I wear it every single day, the good thing is if you have small lips then this lipstick contains a volume booster which will plump up your lips! These lipsticks are about £5/£6.99.

Topshop Lipsticks

Topshop; INHIBITION

When I discovered this lipstick I was on the hunt for a dark red but instead I found this dark purple colour and I fell in love with it! I absolutely love the packaging topshop does for there cosmetics it immediantly draws you in! This colour does wear away really quick so you will defiantly have to re-apply it throughout the day. This lipstick is £8, which is a great price!

Chanel

Chanel; 96 ISCHIA

This has to be one of the most expensive lipsticks I've brought but it was totally worth it! Now this is a lipshine and doesn't leave a harsh colour on your lips but it leaves a lovely hint of colour which is completely different to all my other lipsticks! Now I got this ages ago but I try not to use it on the daily because of how expensive it is! Luckily I brought this from Duty-Free coming back from holiday so it wasn't the full price. It was about 22 Euros which isn't too bad. However its a nice way of wearing lipstick that isn't too bright or bold, it's a very natural purple/pink colour.

Versace

Now your probably thinking isn't this the most expensive lipstick you've brought? well... no because I didn't buy it! I was given it by my boyfriends mom which I was super excited about! I absolutely love this colour, its a very Matte red colour unlike all my other red's I have. I'm not entirely sure what this shade it called as I couldn't find it on the packaging but i'm sure you'll be able to find out on the internet somewhere! This is a hydrating lipstick and its tested in a dermatologist's clinic (if any of you wanted to know). I also don't want to use it too much because of how beautiful the colour is and I never want it to go but I have wore this colour once or twice and it was such a lovely colour!

Hair Care Routine | leeannpatricia

Hi guys! How have you all been recently?
Today I've decided to share with you my hair care routine, its pretty simple but I thought someone may be interested!

So I know its pretty gross, but I rarely brush my hair purely because it turns into a frizzy mess! The only problem with this is that brushing knots out of my hair is... painful. I find that washing my hair too much can actually make my hair super greasy! Plus it's not good for your hair washing it daily anyway! So I wash my hair every other day, but shower daily!
Now your probably wondering how I know that washing your hair daily isn't great? Well studying hairdressing for three years and getting a full qualification out of it, is always helpful.

Anyway, moving on. For the products I use! Its pretty obvious that when I wash my hair I use shampoo and conditioner, so heres a little bit of information about the products I use.

Now I use Aussie products, as they are literally my holy grail products. So for shampoo I use the Colour Mate Shampoo, which is obviously for coloured hair. I only colour my hair about once a year but I still find my hair becomes very dry after having bleach on it, but I find this shampoo helps keeping the colour vibrant and protects it from chemical damage. For conditioner, I used to use the matching one but I find that my hair wasn't getting enough moisture from it. Anyway, I picked up the Miracle Moist Conditioner, for dry and damaged hair and it works wonders! When the conditioner is on my hair I always brush it through. I found that since using this conditioner makes my hair feels so much softer and healthier. And by the way, both products smell AMAZING!

Now there are a couple of other steps that I do after I get out the shower..
The next step is putting oils in my hair, which has became a key step in my hair care routine!

I like to put oils in my hair as recently it has been getting pretty dry, so I stopped using as much heat, such as curlers and straighteners on my hair and started using oils! Now this product is called Moroccanoil, and it leaves a stunning result to my hair, it also makes my hair feel so nice and smelling beautiful. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and I prefer to apply it to my hair when its been freshly washed, as I find the results are even better. Sometimes I do use it on dry hair when I feel like my hair needs a bit of life pushed into it. However this product can be a little bit expensive, so I buy the smallest bottle which can last a long time (which is great).

So I don't use my heat on my hair as much as I used to, but I still like to put heat protection on my hair so I know its protected for any heat I may use randomly.

There are two different types of heat sprays I like to use, the one on the left is really cheap but does the job. I find that this is the one I use more when my hair has been freshly washed. It protects the hair against any heat damage and adds shine when using straighteners, curling tongs and hair dryers which is a bonus! The one on the right is more for when you are straightening your hair and this is more expensive out of the two as its Toni&Guy. Now it has maximum heat protection for straight styles, this product protects against any heat damage, it conditions and smooths and also boosts natural shine.
However I never use any heat when drying my hair, I find that leaving my hair to dry naturally saves it from being damaged anymore! Its just a personal preference but it doesn't mean that it will completely damage your hair if you do so.

Now I know I don't use that many products on my hair but it works for me! For finishing products I just use Wella hairspray in number 3 (Secure hold) and thats about it!

Whats your holy grail hair product?

New Purchases | leeannpatricia

My obsession with spending all my money on clothes and shoes has become a little over the top but oh well. So I wanted to share with you some of my recent purchases!
Recently I've been wanting so many new clothes but its hard when you have no job..
(Also I want to apologise about the not great quality of photos)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So lets begin with things I've recently bought from topshop

I've been wanting a decent pair of ripped jeans and as I only really wear Topshop jeans, these were absolutely perfect.
These are the Ripped Joni Super High Waisted Jeans. The Colour is bleach-stone.
The size I got is a size 6 and I find they fit me perfectly and are so comfortable. I'd recommend any of the topshop jeans but get them in a smaller size as they can stretch and become very baggy!
Price - £38.00
Now I found these beauties in the sale for £19.99, now its still a little pricey but they are worth it. They are high waisted white lace shorts. I've checked on the Topshop website and they don't sell them no longer but I'm sure you can find some lurking on the internet somewhere. These shorts are in a size 6 also.

Now this is one of most recent purchases and I'm absolutely loving it.
Its a white sheer top with a grey neck. On the chest of the top it says "Cassie-Toi" which I'm not really sure what it means but hey ho.So with this top I'd defiantly recommend wearing a white bra or a bando underneath as its so see through. As I love wearing baggy tshirts, I picked up a size 10 which is the perfect fit.
Price- £18.

Now both of these items in the picture I have bought recently, which are white joni jeans and a white long sleeved crop top which I am obsessed with.
The white crop top it fit perfectly, but is pretty see through so a bando or a white bra would be fine. I got this top in a size 6.
Price- £10.00
White trousers have been a fashion statement recently and I needed to buy some so I joined the crowd. Now I find sometimes topshop jeans can go a lil baggy so I picked up some petite ones in a size 6 so make sure they didn't!
With these white jeans the material are a little thin so defiantly wear white underwear!!!!
Price- £38.00
Now the last item from topshop are these white snake skin pumps which take forever to break in and left me such bad blisters! But finally they are all fine and I basically wear them daily.
Size- 4
Price- £20.00
(I'm not completely sure if these are the right ones, but they are the only white ones I could find on the website)

Now for the other places I have recently been shopping at!

Recently I went to V-festival and they have the best little vintage shops there ever! I was literally in heaven. I'm not sure what the little shop was called but I got this vintage shirt, with crazy patterns on for only £10.00!!
(Jeans are from topshop, link is above.)
These are my baby's at the moment! I am so in love with how they look on! They are good for everyday as they are so comfortable and also night time wear!
I'd recommend these shoes to anyone as they are so comfortable.
Price- £29.99

Now this is something more casual but stylish. You have to buy these two pieces separately if you want them but they would be perfect for a lazy sunday!
Jumper; £24.00
Jogging Bottoms; £25.00

This is defiantly one of my favourite pieces from the website it is so simple yet can be so easy to style! It can be paired with a hat, like the model is wearing or a big statement necklace! There is so much you could do with this piece!

So this such a beautiful Kimono for your holiday or even a festival. However I picked this out because I loved the whole outfit. Its very simple piece but it perfect for the warm weather!
